City of <br />L Pequot <br />Lakes— <br />AGENDA ITEM #8.1 <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Date: November 1, 2011 <br />Subject: Jenkins Township Police Contract <br />Report: Attached is the Jenkins Township Police Contract <br />for 2012. This agreement has been approved by the Jenkins <br />`- Town Board. Jenkins Township will pay the City of Pequot <br />Lakes $27,024 per year for police services. The Township <br />will also make a one -time payment of $1,750 to go toward <br />the purchase of the 800 MHz radio system. <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion approving <br />the attached resolution for law enforcement services <br />between the City of Pequot Lakes and Jenkins Township. <br />`., <br />
