Parkview 1 & 11 • Alpine Apts. <br />Finance Administrator Nancy Malecha <br />Pequot Lakes City Council <br />Re: HRA Levy /2010 <br />Attached is the 2012 Levy Budget for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of <br />Pequot Lakes, for submission with the City of Pequot Lakes levy to the Crow Wing <br />County Auditor. <br />Page: 21 <br />Crow Wing County Auditor's office has provided the estimated City's Taxable Market <br />Value at $256,695,800. Based on the maximum levy amount of .0185% the HRA would <br />be allowed to levy $47,488.72. <br />It is my understanding that the HRA has not requested an increase in levy dollars in the <br />past 4 years. This year we are asking for a $7,250.00 increase. I have also submitted a <br />2012 projected budget for this property which shows the costs breakdown to operate the <br />townhomes. <br />The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Pequot lakes respectfully request your <br />approval for the HRA's 2012 levy in the aniount of $7,250.00.
