However, I am enclosing
photographs taken of your property April 21, 2016,April 28, 2017 and May 30, 2017
which document the deteriorating conditions at this property. This letter is intended to
provide you with one final opportunity to abate the City Code violations and nuisance
conditions outlined in my correspondence dated May 19, 2016 and April 28, 2017. To
avoid this matter being turned over to the City Attorney for prosecution you must
complete the following by July 2, 2017:
1. Remove or properly store all items currently stored outside;
2. Remove or properly store the abandoned vehicle;
3. Make application for the privacy fence constructed between the dwelling and
garage;
4. Repair or remove the decorative fence laying in the yard;
5. Properly maintain the landscaping;
6. Properly discard all items beyond their usable life in accordance with the
standards of Crow Wing County.
We hope you take this opportunity to work with us and resolve this matter.
"This institution is an equal opportunity provider and employer."
