May 17, 2017 letter to David and Christine Kennedy regarding violation of the City Code regarding Maintenance and Visual Standards; 3. May 17, 2017 letter to Westley Stone regarding items being stored outside; 4. May 19, 2017 letter to Dennis and Maureen Reschke regarding lifting the Cease and Desist Order to allow them to removed threes that have been cut, topped and piled as soon as possible; 5. May 22, 2017 letter to Nathan Walberg regarding onsite visit; 6. May 23, 2017 letter to Baystar Investment Corp regarding grass cutting; 7. June 2, 2017 letter to Diane Koval regarding deteriorating conditions of the property; 8. June 2, 2017 letter to Lance Schmidt regarding remaining violations; 9. June 2, 2017 letter to Cathi McBryde regarding violations not yet compliant; 10.June 2, 2017 letter to Carter McAninch regarding violations not yet compliant. C.
