EQUIPMENT USE AGREEMENT FOR WATER AND <br />VJI-T -1l AYLV C4 3011 4 711_0101&S *4 XK61*1 <br />The City of Pequot Lakes, (CITY) owns certain capitol equipment for use in <br />the maintenance of its utility systems and the CITY desires to rent out said <br />capitol equipment to Pine River Area Sanitary District, ( PRASD). <br />Pine River Area Sanitary District owns certain capitol equipment for use in <br />the maintenance of its public utility. PRASD desires to rent certain equipment <br />to the CITY for the maintenance of its utility system. <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed between the parties to work <br />together for the good of both public utilities. And make the equipment listed <br />below available for use by the other party. <br />1. EQUIPMENT THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES HAS THAT IT'S <br />WILLING TO RENT TO PRASD. <br />1.1 One (1) portable trailer mounted ]etter unit, for use in the <br />routine and emergency cleaning of small to moderate sewer <br />lines. <br />1.2 One (1) 2008 ford one ton service truck with crane <br />2. EQUIPMENT THE SANITARY DISTRICT HAS THAT IT'S WILLING <br />TO RENT TO THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES. <br />2.1 One (1) trailer mounted portable generator. <br />3. INSURANCE <br />3.1. Both parties agree that each party is currently insured through <br />the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust ( °LMCIT ") and <br />maintains appropriate levels of insurance as required by the <br />LMCIT and furthermore each party agrees to maintain the <br />current levels of insurance with the LMCIT through the term of <br />this Agreement. <br />3.2. Both parties agree that they will provide evidence of and maintain <br />in full force and effect municipal general liability insurance, <br />automobile liability insurance, and workers' compensation <br />insurance through the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance <br />Trust (LMCIT) using standard LMCIT coverage forms. The CITY <br />and PRASD shall be named as additional insureds on the <br />municipal liability policy for each party. <br />0 q <br />
