This parcel is highlighted on <br /> the attached map. The Skate Park Subcommittee <br /> researched several location options and recommended this <br /> parcel to the Park Commission. <br /> This preferred location for the Skate Park is currently <br /> within MnDOT right-of-way; however, once the ownership <br /> of existing Highway 371 is turned back to the City in 2018, <br /> this parcel will be within City right-of-way. <br />
