AND BARBARA J. <br /> DERKSEN FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 31116 ASH STREET, <br /> PEQUOT LAKES, MN AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY. <br /> MAYOR ADAMS SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-1. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON OPPOSED. <br /> The Agreement was signed by John Derksen, Property Owner; Nancy <br /> Adams, Mayor; and Nancy Malecha, City Administrator. <br /> 4. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON <br /> MOVED TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION.
