Zoning Specialist Bittner stated she compared our Land Use Fees with surrounding <br /> communities several years ago. She will provide updated information next month. <br /> Mayor Adams asked the Planning Commission to review the fee schedules and made a <br /> recommendation on the fees. One comment made by a Council Member was that the <br /> City will lose $17,000 in Land Use Fees.
