Chair, Ritter. Vice Chair, Peterson. Secretary, Lanning. <br /> Moved by Peterson,Seconded by Lanning,All Ayes; Motion carried <br /> *Consider Agenda/Changes <br /> No Changes <br /> *Consent Agenda/Regular Meeting <br /> Motion to accept the Minutes, Payment of the Bills and Financials. <br /> Moved by Ritter, Seconded by Peterson,All Ayes; Motion carried <br /> *West Grove <br /> Director Carlson informed the Board that a tenant has been served a 14-day Notice to Vacate. <br /> Director Carlson explained the procedures for a 14-day Notice to Vacate,an Unlawful Detainer and a <br /> WRIT. <br /> *Sibley Terrace <br /> The Board was informed that we are accepting bids to have the parking lots at Sibley Terrace, <br /> Parkview I&II seal coated. <br /> *ParkView <br /> Director Carlson informed the Board that the H.A.P. Contracts were signed and sent to MHFA for HUD <br /> Renewal. <br /> *Alpine <br /> No Business <br /> *Executive Director's Report <br /> No Business <br /> *Maintenance Engineer's Report <br /> Moser informed the Board that he is working on Spring Clean Up. <br /> *Other Business <br /> None <br /> *Open Forum <br /> A few tenants voiced their concerns about other tenants smoking and burning incense to disguise the <br /> smoking in their units. There was discussion regarding the ventilation system possibly not working <br /> properly. After much discussion, it was decided to have Thelen Heat & Air inspect the system. Director <br /> Carlson will also send a letter to all Parkview I tenants reminding them of the No Smoking Policy. A <br /> notice will be posted asking tenants to be considerate of other tenants when burning incense. <br /> *Adjournment <br /> 5:40p.m. meeting adjourned. <br /> Moved by Ritter,Seconded by Peterson,All Ayes; Motion carried. <br /> Chrm.
