CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 17- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LIMITED USE PERMIT FOR <br /> MUNICIPAL ENTRANCE SIGNS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pequot Lakes has requested a Limited Use Permit from <br /> the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for municipal <br /> identification entrance signs within the right of way of Trunk Highway No. 371 <br /> that will terminate on December 31, 2027, and; <br /> WHEREAS, MnDOT has approved the proposal and will accommodate this <br /> public use through the Limited Use Permit; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Pequot Lakes City Council <br /> approves Limited Use Permit number 1810-0025 for the construction of municipal <br /> entrance signs within the right of way of Trunk Highway No. 371. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 2nd day of May, <br /> 2017. <br /> Nancy A.
