COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 10.4. Call Special Meeting for May 2nd <br /> Nancy Malecha noted the City has served one notice of immediate <br /> corrective action to a property owner for violating the City Code and <br /> requested the Council hold a special meeting on May 2nd to consider the <br /> public nuisance order. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL <br /> MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR MAY 2, 2017 AT 6:00 P.M. TO <br /> CONSIDER ADOPTING AN ORDER DECLARING A PROPERTY TO BE <br /> A PUBLIC NUISANCE, COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION: MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 10.5 Request from Historical Society <br /> Mayor Adams explained she received a request from the Pequot Lakes <br /> Historical Society to send a letter of support to the Minnesota Historical <br /> Society to place the Pequot Fire Lookout Tower on the National Register <br /> of Historic Places <br /> MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO SEND A LETTER OF SUPPORT TO THE <br /> MINNESOTA HISTORICAL SOCIETY TO PLACE THE PEQUOT FIRE <br /> LOOKOUT TOWER ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC <br /> PLACES. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 11. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br />
