The City is prepared to move forward in
a more aggressive action. This would likely include administrative fines in the amount
of$100.00 per day for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court
order directing you to comply with the City Code and could potentially include criminal
action. You will be responsible to reimburse the City for any expenses
incurred in remedying this violation. This would include any consultant
fees or other professional services that City Staff determines necessary, as
well as any and all cleanup expenses the City may incur.
This is not only an eyesore to the rest of the community, it is a safety issue that we take
very seriously. The City is fully prepared to forward this matter to the City Attorney for
prosecution.
