COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. <br /> Council Member Pederson suggested the design build for the salt shed <br /> and the site plan be removed from WSN's proposal for a reduction in the <br /> proposal price. <br /> Mr. Houle noted that the design build for the salt shed could be removed <br /> and the site plan could be accomplished during the final design phase. <br /> These changes would reduce WSN's proposal price to $8,800. <br /> Council Member Pederson questioned the proposed size of the <br /> maintenance building. Mr. Houle noted that a size of 9,000 square feet <br /> was discussed during the feasibility study phase. Council Member <br /> Pederson suggested having a separate heated facility for trucks and plows <br /> and a separate cold storage facility for summer equipment. <br /> Mr. Houle clarified that a Core Team consisting of Council Members <br /> Loukota and Pederson, Nancy Malecha, and Mike Loven will be formed to <br /> accomplish the services in a compressed time frame. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO AMEND THE PREVIOUS <br /> MOTION WITH A PROPOSAL COST OF $8,800. MAYOR ADAMS <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> THE ORIGINAL MOTION AS AMENDED CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 10. Administrative Assistant Probationary Period <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE A PAY <br /> INCREASE FOR JENNY PETERSON EFFECTIVE MARCH 6, 2017 <br /> MOVING FROM STEP 1 TO STEP 2 OF THE CITY'S PAY STRUCTURE. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION.
