I received four proposals from the <br /> following companies. <br /> • Abdo, Eick & Meyers — $6,250 with NJPA discount <br /> • CliftonLarsonAllen — $5,700-$11,800 <br /> • David Drown Associates - $6,125 with NJPA discount <br /> • Springsted — $7,950 <br /> I reviewed all the proposals and recommend the City hire <br /> David Drown Associates to conduct the City's utility rate <br /> study. The proposals are available to the Council upon <br /> request. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion to hire David <br /> Drown Associates to perform an update to the City's water and <br /> sewer rate study. <br />
