• 2008 & 2015 one ton trucks with 91/2' Hiniker V- <br /> plows. <br /> • 1996 John Deere 310 backhoe/loader <br /> • 2013 John Deere 326 skidsteer loader with 78" <br /> snowblower and 84" rotary broom. <br /> • 2016 Cub Cadet 26" walk behind snow blower <br /> Plan for Loading Snow in the Downtown Area - Removal <br /> of snow from current City streets and parking areas is <br /> serviced by City Staff. With the road turnbacks occurring <br /> in 2018, the amount of potential snow accumulations would <br /> be more than Staff could reasonably remove. The City <br /> would like to hire private contractors as needed to load and <br /> remove the snow to City owned land. <br /> Financing Options for a New Maintenance Facility - <br /> Springsted is currently working on financial information <br /> relating to bond options available for the construction of a <br /> new maintenance facility and the impact this will have on <br /> the City's levy and taxpayers. This information will be <br /> presented at the Council Meeting. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council discussion and <br /> motion on how to proceed with the Maintenance Facility <br /> Project. <br />
