ORDINANCE NO. 17- SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING TRANSITION RESIDENTIAL <br /> ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose of this ordinance amendment is to amend Chapter <br /> 17 of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to accessory structures. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 17,Article 5.7 shall be amended as follows: <br /> 3. Lot, Use and Density Requirements. <br /> Lot Width feet, minimum 200 <br /> Lot Width-feet, minimum 150 <br /> Buildable Lot Area, Metes and Bounds Subdivision acres, minimum 5 <br /> Buildable Lot Area, non Metes and Bounds acres, minimum 1 <br /> Minimum Lot Area-acres, minimum 2.5 <br /> Residential PUD Maximum Density 2 units/acre <br /> Setback, right-of-way,local streets-feet, minimum 50 <br /> Setback, right-of-way, collector and arterial streets <br /> -feet, minimum 50 <br /> Setback, side-feet, minimum 25 <br /> Setback, corner side-feet, minimum 40 <br /> Setback, sign-feet, minimum 1 <br /> Setback,wetland-feet, minimum 50 <br /> Maximum impervious coverage 15% <br /> Maximum Building Height-feet 25 <br /> Maximum animal unit per acre 0.5 <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this day of March, 2017. <br /> Effective Date: This ordinance amendment shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after passage and publication according to state law. <br /> Repeal: This ordinance shall repeal all ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> Nancy Adams, Mayor <br />
