City Council Minutes <br /> February 21, 2017 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> • East Woodman Street— Sidewalk and bike trail on the south side. <br /> Curb and gutter along both sides of the street. Decorative lighting. <br /> • Old Highway 371 north of East Woodman Street— Sidewalk on the <br /> east side along with curb and gutter. Tip all the pavement to the <br /> east so we do not need curb and gutter on the west side. Add <br /> parallel parking to both sides. <br /> • East Butler Street— No sidewalk. <br /> • South Washington Avenue— No sidewalk. Decorative lighting on <br /> the first block to East Butler Street. Two-way street. Replace <br /> sanitary sewer infrastructure. Curb and gutter and diagonal parking <br /> on both sides. <br /> • Government Drive (south end) — Sidewalk on the east side. <br /> Continue curb and gutter on the east side and a bituminous curb on <br /> the west side. Add parking. <br /> • Main Street (County Road 11)—Sidewalk on the south side from <br /> Government Drive to the stoplight. <br /> • Connect the Pequot Lakes Chamber Building to City sewer <br /> services. <br /> • Install storm sewer infrastructure within the quadrant as needed. <br /> • Street improvements within the quadrant. <br /> Tim Houle noted that Safe Routes to Schools and DNR grants might be <br /> potential funding sources for the City to consider in collaboration with the <br /> Pequot Lakes School District and the Trailside Park master plan. <br /> 4. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br /> MOVED TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION.
