2012 FARM LEASE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 1St day of August, 2011 by and between the City of Pequot Lakes, hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord" and Bill Tulenchik, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant ". The Landlord will irrigate when requested by Tenant, as long as weather conditions permit, but the Landlord reserves the right to irrigate if necessary to maintain acceptable levels of effluent in the wastewater treatment system ponds.
