Request for Proposals—Water/Sewer Rate Study <br /> Nancy Malecha explained to the Council the need to update the City's <br /> water and sewer rate study as the current study expires in 2017. This <br /> study would analyze the City's water and sewer user fees, WAC and SAC <br /> fees, and water conservation fees. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE STAFF TO <br /> BEGIN THE PROCESS OF SEEKING PROPOSALS FOR AN UPDATE <br /> TO THE CITY'S WATER AND SEWER RATE STUDY TO INCLUDE <br /> WATER AND SEWER USER FEES, WAC AND SAC FEES, AND <br /> WATER CONSERVATION FEES. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 11. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br /> 12.
