This was not embraced as practical by the core team due to <br /> the high cost and long timelines involved.This may be further investigated in <br /> the future if there appears to be a strong need and the willingness to embrace <br /> the local cost to build and sustain such a facility. <br /> Revised 12.22.16 <br />
