Bittner explained she had contacted the MPCA regarding the SSTS at Wilderness Resort <br /> Villas (WRV). Brian Fitzpatrick of the MPCA reported WRV is approved up to 26 units <br /> in Phase One to use the existing drainfields. WRV are reporting monthly on flows and <br /> loading. The MPCA has received the last change for approval. <br /> The following Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed: <br /> 1.
