MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />12.2. Policy Adjustments to Utility Bills <br />The Clerk noted that she is recommending that the Council adopt a policy <br />that allows staff to make some adjustments to utility bills in cases when <br />billing errors occur or equipment failure occurs. The Clerk noted that <br />Council Member Ryan has requested two amendments to the policy as <br />follows: <br />1) Staff can make the allowed adjustments provided the adjustment is <br />under $100. <br />2) The Clerk will provide a quarterly report to the City Council on all <br />adjustments made under this policy. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br />ADJUSTMENTS TO UTILITY BILLS POLICY WITH THE AMENDMENTS <br />RECOMMENDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />13. Other Business <br />There was no other business. <br />14. Adjournment <br />There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD AND <br />AKERSON MOVED TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br />SECONDED THE MOTION.
