The <br />Clerk stated she would corr inutes ated . <br />COMMISSMIMR BRUCH MOVED TO APPROVE THE REQUEST TO <br />PLANT A MEMORIAL TREE WITH THE STIPULATIONS STATED BY <br />THE PARK COMMISSION. COMMISSIONER TWEED SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3 -0. <br />The Commission members discussed the banner sign for the bands in the <br />park. Cathy Malecha suggested placing flags on the poles when the <br />banner is not up. <br />
