The Planning Commission has <br /> numerous concerns with inspections of older homes and their safety. They have <br /> requested your attendance at the upcoming November 17, 2016 meeting to address and <br /> answer questions. In addition,they request the following: <br /> • Provide a list of what IBTS inspects; and <br /> • How they plan to meet the requirements of Section 4.5- <br /> I have enclosed the Staff Report from the October 20 meeting which outlines the <br /> applicable regulations, such as Section 17-8.3 and Section 17-4.5. I have also enclosed <br /> the DRAFT Minutes from that meeting.
