The City <br /> Code in Section 17-7.1 (3A) states: "Temporary signs pertaining to the construction, <br /> sale or rental of the premises are allowable provided they do not exceed 9 square feet <br /> in any zone and are removed within 3o days of the completion of construction, sale or <br /> rental." <br /> It appears the building has been rented as a dwelling. Please remove the large For Rent <br /> sign within the next ten (1o) days.
