To date,there has been no resolution nor cooperation from you. <br /> Article 3, SUBSURFACE SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS, Section 15-3.25 <br /> ENFORCEMENT states "Enforcement of this Article shall follow the standards in <br /> Article 12 of the City's Land Use(Zoning) Ordinance." <br /> Article 12, ENFORCEMENT states: <br /> Section 17-12.1 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES <br /> 1. "Violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be considered either an <br /> administrative offense subject to an administrative fine; a criminal offense; or a civil <br /> offense subject to enforcement through civil remedies.
