This request is in response to additional land required by Minnesota <br /> Department of Transportation for the completion of Improvements for a roadway along Highway <br /> �- 371. <br /> In addition to reviewing the discharge flow rates and volume of water being land applied, I met <br /> with Mr.Brett Twardy,the City's wastewater operator out at the spray site on October 4, 2005, <br /> for an on-site inspection. Based on the flow rates and the excellent condition of the spray fields, <br /> the MPCA here by gives the City the approval to downsize the application field from 104 acres <br /> to 98 acres.
