The City's TH 371 Committee met on January 28, February 11, February 25, and March 11, <br /> 2005 to review MnDOT's proposed four-lane highway improvements through the City. <br /> 2. The Committee Members in attendance at all or most of the meetings included the following: <br /> + Cathy Malecha—Council <br /> + Dave Sjoblad—Roads <br /> + Mike Loven—Street Superintendent <br /> + Brett Twardy—Water/WW Superintendent <br /> + Sandy Peine- City Clerk <br /> + Dawn Bittner—Zoning Administrator <br /> + Tom Adams—P&Z <br /> + Mark Jurchen—PLADO <br /> + Ryan Buell—Chamber <br /> + Dave Elsenpeter—Banks <br /> + Tim Bray—MnDOT <br /> + Tim Houle—City Engineer(WSN) <br /> + Interested parties: Paul Sandelin&Mike Clasen - School Board Members <br /> The Committee tentatively decided to meet about every 2 weeks,for the foreseeable future,to <br /> keep working on issues. <br /> 3. MnDOT is through the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) phase and the Federal <br /> Highway Administration has signed the Record of Decision(ROD). <br /> �-` 4.
