AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE #185 <br /> _ AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SELLING, GIVING AWAY, OWNING, <br /> POSSESSING AND DISCHARGE OF WEAPONS AND EXPLOSIVES WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> Section 2: Exemptions is hereby modified to include the following: <br /> Section 3: Discharge of Firearms shall not apply to firing or discharging <br /> any gun, pistol or other firearm, air pistol or B-B gun in that portion of the Rural <br /> Service District that is not platted (See Appendix A). Except, it is unlawful to <br /> discharge a dangerous weapon within 500 feet of any structure without the <br /> consent of the owner, or on any property owned by the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> without the approval of the City Council. <br /> Appendix A is hereby added and made a part of this Section. <br />
