ORDINANCE NUMBER 05-08 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.14 OF THE <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO FENCING <br /> STANDARDS <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent. The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend <br /> Section 5.14 of the Zoning Ordinance, the land use matrix, to better manage the <br /> placement of fences and to ensure that performance standards are being met. <br /> Section 1. The Land Use Matrix shall be amended to require a permit for fences <br /> in the Downtown Mixed Use (DMU) zone, the Urban Residential (UR) zone and <br /> the Commercial (C) zone. <br /> Section 2. Effective Date.
