ORDINANCE 05-07 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br /> FOR THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES, <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING, <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the city of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. Purpose and Intent. The purpose and intent of this Ordinance is to <br /> amend the official zoning map, an official control pursuant to Chapter 462 of the <br /> Minnesota Statutes, for the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Section 2. Amendment. The official zoning map for the City of Pequot Lakes shall <br /> be amended as follows: <br /> OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS <br /> Property Owner PIN# Zone Change <br /> Mary Pfeiffer 290141200000009 From Agricultural to <br /> Agricultural under the new <br /> zoning ordinance <br /> Mary Pfeiffer 290142100A0009 From Agricultural to <br /> Agricultural under the new <br /> zoning ordinance <br /> Mary Pfeiffer 290142200K00009 From Forestry to Forest <br /> Management <br /> Mary Pfeiffer 290142200BA009 From Rural Residential to <br /> Forest Management <br /> Attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference is the official <br /> zoning map amendments for the City of Pequot Lakes, which shall become part of <br /> and is considered an official control and zoning regulation pursuant to Chapter <br /> 462 of the Minnesota Statutes. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date.
