ORDINANCE 06-18 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br /> FOR THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this Ordinance is to <br /> amend the official zoning map, an official control pursuant to Chapter 462 of the <br /> Minnesota Statutes, for the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Section 2. Amendment: The official zoning map for the City of Pequot Lakes shall <br /> be amended as follows: <br /> • St. Alice's Church, property owner, Parcel Identification Number: <br /> 290142200B00009, to rezone from Medium Density Residential to Downtown <br /> Mixed Use. <br /> • Larry Greden, property owner, Parcel Identification Number: 291160010010009, <br /> to rezone from Waterfront Commercial to Shoreline Commercial. <br /> • Todd Kellogg, property owner, Parcel Identification Number: 291160010020009, <br /> ■.. to rezone from Waterfront Commercial to Shoreline Commercial. <br /> • Gerald Calhoun, property owner, Parcel Identification Number: <br /> 291160010030009, to rezone from Waterfront Commercial to Shoreline <br /> Residential. <br /> • John and Nancy Brunes, property owners, Parcel Identification Numbers: <br /> 290032204000009, 290032103A00009, 290032100000009, 290032400000009, <br /> 290033200000009, and 290033100000009, to rezone from Forestry to Forest <br /> Management. <br /> • Robert and Joan Moberg, property owners, Parcel Identification Numbers: <br /> 290233100B00009 (east), to rezone from Agriculture to Forest Management, <br /> 290233100B00009 (west), to rezone from Agriculture to Agriculture, <br /> 290233300A00009, to rezone from Agriculture to Agriculture, and <br /> 290233300B00009, to rezone from Rural Residential to Rural Residential. <br /> • Donald Babinski and American Enterprises of Pequot Lakes, Ltd., property <br /> owners, Parcel Identification Numbers: 290151300HY0009 and <br /> 290154200A00009, to rezone from Light Industrial to Light Industrial, and <br /> 290151300HBA009, to rezone from Multi-Family Residential to Downtown <br /> Mixed Use. <br /> • Attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference is the official <br /> zoning map amendment for the City of Pequot Lakes, which shall become part of <br /> and is considered an official control and zoning regulation pursuant to Chapter <br /> 462 of the Minnesota Statutes. <br />
