ORDINANCE NO. 08-04, SECOND SERIES <br /> �_. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> RELATING TO SIGNS <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent. The purpose and intent of this ordinance amendment is to amend <br /> Chapter 17 of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to Signs within the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes. <br /> Amendment. Chapter 17, Article 7.1, shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section 17-7.1 SIGNS <br /> 2. Required Permits. All signs are considered structures and require a Zoning <br /> Permit, except signs placed by the City, County or State to relate the laws or <br /> ordinances, or to promote the health,safety and welfare of the community, <br /> which are exempt, and signs exempted in this Chapter. <br /> Effective Date. This ordinance amendment shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after passage and publication according to state law. <br /> Repeal.
