3 • The City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution <br /> to The First National Bank of Saint Paul in St . Paul , Minne- <br /> sota, and to any successor Paying Agent duly appointed <br /> by the City. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reso- <br /> lution was duly seconded by member Thurlow and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon , the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: <br /> Greer,, Hardesty , Thurlow, Anderson and Halter <br /> and the following voted against the same : <br /> None <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> and adopted. <br />
