`1✓ <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Resolution No. <br /> On Motion by �-.►� 1 Seconded by - <br /> Whereas , the Code of Federal Regulations , Title 24 , Chapter VIII , <br /> Part 891 , provides for the policies and procedures for approval <br /> of Areawide Housing Opportunity Plans (HOP) by the Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development , <br /> And Whereas, the HOP, if approved by HUD, will serve to the <br /> extent practicable , as the basis for the distribution of all contract <br /> authority allocated by HUD, <br /> And Whereas , the Region 5 Regional Development Commission has been <br /> established under M.S .A.
