RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, Municipalities are authorized by law to issue <br /> "on-sale" licenses to hotels and restaurants while continuing <br /> a municipal dispensary for the sale of intoxicating liquors <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PEQUOT LAKES, <br /> MINNESOTA s <br /> Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 340.353, Subdivi- <br /> sion 5, a special election shall be held at City Hall on the <br /> th day of November, 1978 from 1 a.m. to g p.m. , <br /> at which time and place the following proposition shall be <br /> submitted to the voters: <br /> "Currently the city operates and intends to continue to <br /> operate a municipal liquor store.
