RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council has held a public <br /> hearing, April 23, 1990, to adopt tax increment financing plan <br /> and form Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-2 within <br /> Development District No. 1 . <br /> WHEREAS, application will be made to the State of MN, <br /> Economic Recovery Grant Program for Tax Increment Financing <br /> District No. 1-2. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> a public hearing will be held May 14, 1990, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of April, 1990. <br /> L rry Halt r, Mayor <br /> tie <br /> Terri Russell, Cw ity Clerk <br /> The above resolution was introduced by Council Member D.
