RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to a written contract signed with the <br /> City of Pequot Lakes on September 26 , 1995 has satisfactorily <br /> completed the improvement of Maish Street between Brown and <br /> Eastman Streets in accordance with such contract , <br /> NOW THEREFORE , IT BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PEQUOT <br /> LAKES , MINNESOTA , the work under said contract is hereby <br /> accepted and approved , and , <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , That the City Clerk and Mayor <br /> are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br /> payment on such contract , taking the contractor ' s receipt in <br /> full . <br /> Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 3rd day of <br /> October , 1995 . <br /> Ed L se , Mayor <br /> ae. 464, <br /> Terri Russell , Ci - rk <br />
