CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT f PREPARATION OF <br /> PLANS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the February 4, 1997, <br /> fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed storm sewer improvements of <br /> Second Street between W. Woodman and Main Streets and Block 3, Cole's Plat <br /> between Oriole Street, Government Drive, E. Butler Street and CR 112, <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice <br /> of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 10th day of March, <br /> 1997, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given the opportunity to be <br /> heard thereon, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Such improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in <br /> the feasibility report. <br /> 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution <br /> adopted the 4th day of February, 1997. <br /> 3. Widseth, Smith Nolting is hereby designated as the engineer for these <br /> improvements.
