RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, the gambling manager of the American Legion Ben Krueger <br /> Post # 49, Pequot Lakes, has delivered a premise permit application to the City <br /> of Pequot Lakes in connection with the application for renewal of the Minnesota <br /> Lawful Gambling License for the American Legion Ben Krueger Post#49 to <br /> operate lawful gambling at the American Legion Post#49, 115 Main Street, <br /> within the limits of the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> WHEREAS, the American Legion Ben Krueger Post #49 requested <br /> approval of the premise permit application at a meeting of the City Council of <br /> Pequot Lakes held on June 15, 2000, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, to approve the premise permit application for the <br /> American Legion Ben Krueger Post #49 to conduct lawful gambling at the <br /> American Legion Post #49, 115 Main Street, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472. <br /> RESOLUTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER and <br /> SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> Roll call: all ayes.
