(218) 568-8 I l 1 Mark Forsberg Police Chief <br /> Greg Welu Fax (218)568-5860 <br /> E-mail: cityhall @uslink.net <br /> Council member G. wP 1 introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes, <br /> Minnesota as follows: <br /> The one story frame house located at 190 Gravdahl Drive, Pequot Lakes, <br /> is a hazardous building because of serious structural, electrical and <br /> plumbing deficiencies and must be removed within twenty days or the City <br /> will have it removed and assess the costs against the property; <br /> Further, the City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign a <br /> hazardous structure Order and direct the City Attorney to take such steps <br /> as may be appropriate to have the structure razed or removed. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Council member J. ,7nhngnn , and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> We1v, J_ Johnson, J.
