Council member G. Welu introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Pequot Lakes, Minnesots <br /> as follows: <br /> Sibley Center Rental Policy <br /> 1. Policy and rental fees are reviewed by the city council on annual basis. <br /> 2. All groups and individuals using the Sibley Center shall pay a fee as set forth <br /> below, subject to change from time to time by the City Council. <br /> *Hall-$25.00 Hall and Kitchen-$50.00 <br /> *(Refund $25.00 if kitchen found in good condition) <br /> *If kitchen is left in such a state as to require clean-up, a charge of$12.50 per hour will <br /> be billed and deducted from deposit. <br /> 3. Two copies of contract must be signed and payment shall accompany contract <br /> 4. Cleaning and repairs will be assessed at the current labor rate. <br /> 5. The fees shall be paid to the City Clerk before a key can be obtained. The <br /> individual responsible for the key to the Sibley Center and return to the Clerk. Sibley <br /> Center keys may not be exchanged, loaned, or copied. A fine of$20.00 will be <br /> charged for each lost key. <br /> 6. Beer or Liquor may not be sold or served during any event. <br /> 7. No smoking allowed in the Sibley Center. <br /> 8. The application for rental of Sibley Center shall bi in the form as attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein and is subject to change from time to time by the City <br /> Council. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> member G. Welu, and upon a vote being taken theron, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: <br /> G. Welu, J. Thompson, J.
