(2 18) 568-8111 Mark Forsberg Police Chief <br /> Jerry Thompson Fax (218) 568-5860 <br /> E-mail: cityhall @uslink.net <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, the gambling manager of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit <br /> #49, Pequot Lakes, has delivered a premise permit application to the City of <br /> Pequot Lakes in connection with the application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling <br /> License for the American Legion Post 49 Auxiliary to operate lawful gambling at <br /> Pestello's on #371, 31094 Front Street, within the limits of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #49 requested approval of <br /> the premise permit application at a meeting of the City Council of Pequot Lakes, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, to approve the premise permit application for the <br /> American Legion Auxiliary Unit#49 to conduct lawful gambling at Pestello's on <br /> #371, 31094 Front Street, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472. <br /> RESOLUTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER J.
