WHERAS the boundaries of Pequot Lakes, which consists of the territory <br /> of the City of Pequot Lakes, remain unchanged following state legislative <br /> redistricting, the Pequot Lakes City Council hereby reestablishes this <br /> precinct with those boundaries as required by Minnesota Statutes <br /> 204B.14, subdivision 3 c. <br /> 2. WHEREAS the polling place for the City of Pequot Lakes remains at City <br /> Hall, 31108 Government Drive, Pequot Lakes, MN, the Pequot Lakes City <br /> Council hereby reestablishes this location as the designated polling place <br /> for this precinct in accordance with the Minnesota Statutes 2046.16. <br /> ADOPTED THIS 19TH DAY OF APRIL, 2002.Forbes H.
