RESOLUTION #03119 <br /> Council member J. Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved for its adoption: <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes/Breezy Point Chamber of Commerce has planned <br /> an extraordinary ten day celebration during July, 2003, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes/Breezy Point Chamber of Commerce holds a valid <br /> Minnesota Charitable Gambling License; and <br /> WHEREAS, pull-tab type gambling is planned to provide entertainment in the <br /> Chamber of Commerce Beer Garden tent; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Chamber of Commerce has applied to the State of Minnesota for <br /> authorization to conduct off-site gambling, <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of Pequot Lakes that approval <br /> be given for the Pequot Lakes/Breezy Point Chamber of Commerce to conduct <br /> charitable gambling at the Trailside Center property, 30951 Government Drive, <br /> Pequot Lakes, Crow Wing County, MN. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Council member J. Akerson , and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> J.Akerson, J.Johnson, J.Bolz-Andolshek, D. Sjoblad, M. Pfeiffer, T.
