CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 04-16 <br /> A RESOLUTION RENEWING PREMISE PERMIT FOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING <br /> AT THE AMERICAN LEGION <br /> WHEREAS, the American Legion has requested renewal of a Premise Permit; <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will allow the sale of Pull Tabs at the American <br /> Legion in Pequot Lakes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will run from August 31, 2004 to August 31, 2006. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, Minnesota approves the premise permit requested by the American Legion to sell <br /> pull tabs at the American Legion in Pequot Lakes from August 31, 2004 to August 31, <br /> 2006. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 6th day of July, 2004. <br /> i.� <br /> Cathy : echa, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
