RESOLUTION 04-004 <br /> WHEREAS, Certain parcels of land located in the City of Pequot Lakes, Crow Wing <br /> County,Minnesota have been forfeited to the State for non-payment of taxes for the '`-/ <br /> year(s) of 1984, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Pequot Lakes is familiar with the peculiar suitability or <br /> desirability for particular uses, of said parcels of land and <br /> WHEREAS,M.S.A. 282.01 calls for the classification of said parcels as to Conservation <br /> or Non-Conservation; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the classification of each of said pieces or parcels <br /> of land is hereby declared to be Non-Conservation or Conservation land as indicated on the <br /> attached list, subject to the approval by the County Board. <br /> Dave Sj oblad moved the adoption of the foregoing resolution, which was <br /> seconded by ,TERRY Akerson and upon vote the s e was carried and so declared. <br /> U <br /> Board Members <br /> City Council of Pequot Lakes <br /> State of Minnesota ) <br /> Crow Wing County ) <br /> City Council of Pequot Lakes ) <br /> I, S G1,•cl.irc.
