CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 06-24 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT FOR AMERICAN LEGION FOR <br /> CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT THE AMERICAN LEGION POST 49 <br /> WHEREAS, the Ben Krueger American Legion Post has requested a Premise Permit; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will allow charitable gambling at the American Legion <br /> Post 349 at 4435 Main Street in Pequot Lakes, MN; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premise Permit will run from September 1, 2006 to August 31, 2008. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, Minnesota approves the premise permit requested by the Ben Krueger American <br /> Legion Post#49 to operate charitable gambling at the American Legion located at 4435 <br /> Main Street in Pequot Lakes, MN, from September 1, 2006 to August 31, 2008. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 5th day of July, 2006. <br /> `46°1--•00114/ <br /> Cathy Malecha, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> /A/4-'A' 4- <br /> Sandra A.
