RESOLUTION 06-22 <br /> A Resolution Requesting the Commissioner of Transportation to Investigate Certain <br /> Roads in Pequot Lakes to Determine Reasonable and Safe Speed <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does hereby <br /> request the Commissioner of Transportation to make the necessary investigation to <br /> determine the reasonable and safe speed as provided in Section 169.14, Subdivision 5 of <br /> the Minnesota Statutes on the following Pequot Lakes City Streets: <br /> Akerson Road from County Road#112 to Nelson Road, approximately 2 miles in <br /> length <br /> Old Highway 371 from County Road#11 to State Highway 371, approximately 5,560 <br /> feet in length <br /> S. Oak Street from Brown Street to Pequot Boulevard, approximately 4,600 feet <br /> in length <br /> Brown Street from Main Street to South Oak Street, approximately 1,300 feet in <br /> length <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 6th day of June, 2006. <br /> Cathy : ec a, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra Peine, City Clerk <br />
