� PEQUOT LAKES CITY COUNCIL <br />POLICE CHIEF INTERVIEW <br />This evening you will interview the finro finalists for the position <br />of Police Chief. These two individuals were selected from a <br />larger group where a panel of 7 made this selection <br />You have been provided the candidates resumes and application <br />papers as well as the narrative 1 prepared from my phone interview. <br />We have included the list of questions that were asked during the <br />panel interviews. <br />If you want to ask some of the same questions that were asked <br />during the panel you are welcome to do that. <br />I have prepared the attached questions that should address most <br />of the concerns and issues. If you have a specific question that <br />is not included in these questions, we can discuss them in the <br />� briefing that we have scheduled from 6:OOPM - 6:30PM <br />I will ask each candidate to do a brief presentation once they have <br />been introduced and then you will be free to ask your questions. I <br />will stop you if you get into areas that are not permitted; such as <br />discriminatory topics. <br />I am expecting that we will need about 30 - 45 minutes for each <br />candidate, When we have completed both interviews you will be <br />asked to make your selection. <br />Ray Niemann <br />� <br />
